HAPPY 8TH BIRTHDAY JACKSON!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKSON!!
Getting ready to open gifts and have some cake that was made special for him by a good friend, Cecelia. What a great cake!
Jackson took cupcakes to school to celebrate with his friends.
After getting home from work Wednesday morning I finished up the cupcakes and took them to his school. He was so excited to show his friends what they would be having for snack that day.
JACKSON'S BIRTHDAY DINNER
March 18th was Jackson's 8th birthday, but since we had the party on the previous Saturday we let him decide when we would go out for his birthday dinner. He wanted to go the evening of the skating party. So, the next thing was...where? It was either Osaka Japanese Steakhouse or a local Mexican restaurant we frequent. The winner...Mexican. Jackson wanted the singing, to wear the sombrero and get the whipped cream put on his nose. He had a great day!

JACKSON'S BIRTHDAY SKATING PARTY
Jackson wanted to have a skating party to celebrate his 8th birthday, so we scheduled a party complete with Super Mario Brothers cake and decorations. We had a great turnout with 14 kids joining us for skating and cake...and of course, gifts.
The party room prepped and ready for pizza and cake.
A table full of kids enjoying the pizza. It was surprisingly quite, lots of giggling, but not any yelling. They were all very well behaved.
I made Jackson a Super Mario Brothers cake. He said it was "just what he wanted" and it was "cool". Yeah, score one for Mom!

JACQUE HAS THE BABY!!
The Bridgeman's welcomed their newest little princess to the family yesterday, March 2nd. The big question for everyone has been "what will it be, boy or girl?"...It was a girl! They chose a beautiful name for her, Morgan Elizabeth. I don't have all of the detail yet, but I will pass those along when we get some photos. When I returned home from work last evening Joe told me the great news. I was so happy to hear everything went well with Mom and baby being healthy and starting to adjust. Joe said Bay jokingly commented "what's wrong with this family?" when he found out it was another girl. Now, you know he loves his cousins but this makes 8 girl cousins and no boys with one more girl yet to be born. Although he would love a baby sister he really would like a boy cousin too. Photos to follow....
