SPRING PARK AND PEEK-A-BOO

A quick game of peek-a-boo while we wait at Fujita.

Bay, Maya and Jackson riding the roller coaster at Spring Park.

Little Max loves to play peek-a-boo.

THE ICE CREAM CORNER WITH THE CAMMONS

Havin' a little fun at Ice Cream Corner.

Audrey has developed the funniest, cheesy grin. It's adorable and hilarious all at the same time.

A true family tradition...ice cream! Grandpa always had a bowl in the evening, and my Grandma Boose was know to enjoy an evening ice cream treat as well.

Goodness Maya, that ice cream cone is bigger than you!

WINKLE WORLD AND FUJITA JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE

Wes, Katie and their girls came for a visit just after school had begun. As always we had a wonderful visit and tons of fun. We love having them here!!
Our boys love Osaka and Fujita Steakhouses. I'm so glad they have learned to love all types of food and be open to trying new cuisine.

Introducing my other baby brother, Wes, to our favorite ice cream shop, Ice Cream Corner.

Wes and his daughter Maya eating at Fujita's.

Little Miss Maya playing mini-golf at Winkle World.

Wes, Maya, Joe, Bay and Jackson love to ride go-carts, so of course they had to have a grand race at Winkle World.

A FEW SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS

My brother, Ryan with his beautiful little girl Ava, at the Clay County Fair Little Miss Pageant.

We really enjoyed the frozen yogurt and fell in love with Frostbite. YUMM!

BACK TO SCHOOL, GO TROJANS!

Jackson was ready for school to start. He always gets bored over the summer and is ready to take on the new year of friends and learning.

Well, Bay is off to the Middle School. I guess we need to get ready for uncharted territory...Adolescence

Looking good on the first day of school!

THANKS FOR A GREAT TRIP ORANGE BEACH

From our balcony we had a great view of the Marina along the Intercoastal Waterway.

Mom and Bay riding the HUGE ferriswheel at The Wharf.

Jackson, Max and Joe enjoyed the ferriswheel ride as well.

The annual picture at the mouth of the shark, the entrance to our favorite souvenir shop.

I love my boys!!!

OUR BEAUTIFUL ALABAMA BEACHES

Joe and his little buddy.

OUR FAMILY PHOTOS FROM THE BEACH

A quick family photo at the beach is a tradition for us. Of course, Max was much more into learning about the sand under his feet.

Max's first time with his toes in the sand. Gotta love it!

Our boys are such a blessing!

Two cool dudes!

The boys and the beach....what could be better?

Joe with his guys.

THE OASIS AT THE WHARF

Having a water park on the property was wonderful. Joe could stay at the water with the big boys and I could take Max back to the condo for naps or just when he had enough of the sun. It was great!
The wave pool and some of the friends that were at The Wharf as well.

Lea Wren's husband is holding Jackson up in the air. They had such a good time.

Joe and Max playing in water near the water fall.

Ready for a little sun and fun!

BAZOOKA BALL AND LULU'S...MY FAVORITE!

The boys are ready for some serious Bazooka Ball!

Another scenic view at The Wharf.

No trip is complete without my "LuLu's" fried green tomatoes.

Max slept through the entire lunch. That made for a relaxing meal for Joe and I. Everyone that passed by our table commented on Max's fan that was keeping him cool. That is one of my most useful purchases ever!

BUILD A BEAR AT THE WHARF

Also at The Wharf they have a Build-A-Bear Workshop. I told you this place has everything. For the last couple of years the boys have been asking to make another animal. Here we are and here it is...just fell together easily.

Putting the heart on his knee so his monkey will feel needed. They do some really cute little things when they make the animals.

Stuffing the animals. Man I need one of those machines to make my sock monkeys.

The view from outside of the lazer tag area.

LAZER TAG AND THE OYSTER HOUSE COMPANY...YUM!

The boys getting ready to play lazer tag...again, at The Wharf. It just has so much!

The nintendo ds come in handy when we are waiting for dinner.

A new family favorite. They have awesome food and the best cheese grits!

ORANGE BEACH 2010 AT THE WHARF

We have gotten spoiled. It only takes 6 hrs to get to the beach from our house and so if we have to drive longer than that for a vacation to the water we tend to pass on it. Wanting to support Alabama and the gulf coast we stayed in Orange Beach, but on the marina that is a part of the intercoastal waterway. Our hearts were on the beach, but knowing the oil spill was still an issue we opted to be off the beach. We enjoyed all of our favorite restaurants and had a wonderful vacation.
Our little surfer dude!

Yea, you guessed it Julie doesn't travel light...at least when it's a family of 5!
Our first view of The Wharf. AAHHH, vacation!

It was Max's nap time, there was shade and so, he slept.

Headed to the waterpark on the resort property. That was wonderful! The boys and Joe could go with Max and I or we would just join them later. It was so handy since Max couldn't be out in the sun as long as the big boys.
